"Sir, may I perfume you?

I was taking a leisurely stroll through this oriental souk during a trip to the Middle East.

The colours and smells captivated my senses, but I had to get back to my hotel as it was getting late.

So I was hurrying towards the exit of the souk, when suddenly a man called out to me: "Sir, may I perfume you?

Hesitantly, but embarrassed to refuse the offer, I walked towards him.

And there in front of me was a small display with a multitude of glass bottles containing liquids of various colours.

Then we began to test the scents, and it was an olfactory avalanche, clever blends of bewitching complexity and freshness.

Time seemed to stand still as I was transported by the mysterious, soothing fragrances.

Back in France, my daily life, my habits and routines returned to normal...

But the passion for oriental scents was still growing in my mind.

Today, Musc Orient Parfumerie was born of the desire to share this passion with you and to make it quite simply an art of living...
