Article 1: Preamble

Article 2: Contract

2.1 Conditions for placing an order

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or parental authorisation to place an order on the Site. Any order placed on the Site must correspond to the normal needs of a household.

2.2 Steps in concluding the contract

After placing your order, We will send You an e-mail confirming the details of your order.

We will inform You by e-mail when your items have been dispatched. This e-mail constitutes our acceptance of your order and thus forms the contract of sale between Us and You.

Article 3: Prices, availability, delivery and returns

The prices shown on the Site are in euros and include all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes), but exclude delivery charges, the cost of processing your order and the cost of gift wrapping.

We can accept your orders while stocks last. Items sold on the Site are available in stock. For products that are out of stock, you have the option of being informed by email when they are back in stock.

If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable within the timescale indicated, we may provide a replacement item of equivalent quality and price, or a refund of the unavailable product(s) after consulting you by email or telephone.

- Terms of delivery

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, or to one of our logistics partner's relay points.

In order to optimise order processing, any request to change the delivery address must be made by email within 2 hours of placing your order.

Deliveries are made via our logistics partners: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost .

We will keep you informed of the various stages in the preparation and dispatch of your parcels, as well as the tracking URL provided by the carrier to keep you informed of the progress of your parcels.

If you have chosen collection from a relay point, you will be notified by email and/or SMS of the availability of your parcels.

- Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.120-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days in which to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of return (carrier charges depending on the volume and weight of the parcel) and handling by our teams (€2.50 per parcel). The 14-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items.

- Reimbursement

Here are a few explanations about refunds. If you have paid for your order :

by payment card, the amount of the refund is paid directly into the account associated with the payment card used.
